Genuine parts

We buy only from authorized distributors, never gray-market or auction sites. You get real parts with real warranties.

Banned-gear check

A federal law, Section 889, bans certain foreign-made network gear. We screen every item so none of it ends up in your building. That matters for a government buyer or a dental office.

Trade rules (TAA)

The Trade Agreements Act (TAA) says government purchases must come from approved countries. We check where items are made and quote compliant options when you need them.

Paper trail

Every part can be traced from the distributor to your door. If an auditor or insurer asks, you have the receipts.
